Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kalyan Enterprise. We strive to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS (REPLACEMENT POLICY)

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect (different from what you ordered), we offer a free replacement or exchange.

  • Video Proof Required: To claim a replacement for a damaged or missing product, you must provide an Unboxing Video clearly showing the unopened package and the defect. Without an unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Once verified, we will pick up the defective item and ship a fresh replacement to you at no extra cost.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS

If a replacement is not available, or if you still wish to return the product after receiving a defective item, you may initiate a return request.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 7 to 10 business days.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

* Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered wrong size/color), you may be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
